43-3-301. Definitions.

As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) "Toll road" or "toll highway" shall have the meaning set forth in section 7-45-102 (8), C.R.S.

(2) "Toll road or toll highway company" shall have the meaning set forth in section 7-45-102 (9), C.R.S.
