43-3-219. Interest earnings.

Statute text

All interest derived from the investment of the proceeds of the bonds issued pursuant to this part 2 shall, at the discretion of the department of transportation, be applied to the purposes for which the bonds are issued or shall be credited to the funds created by this part 2. The interest derived from the investment of the funds created by this part 2 shall remain in such funds.
