43-3-215. Legislative declaration.

Statute text

It is declared that the total interest payable on bonds issued pursuant to the provisions of sections 43-3-201 to 43-3-214 may be reduced by granting to the transportation commission the additional powers set forth in this part 2 in connection with the refunding of said bonds as authorized by section 43-3-210.
