43-3-208. Bond proceeds.

Statute text

All moneys received from any bonds issued pursuant to this part 2 shall be applied solely to the payment of the cost of the turnpike project or to the appurtenant fund, and there is hereby created and granted a lien upon such moneys until so applied in favor of holders of such bonds or the trustee provided for in respect of such bonds.
