Statute text

The authority of this article is in addition to all other authority provided by law. Nothing contained in this article shall be construed to require the establishment, operation, or continuation of a water activity enterprise or to limit the authority of any state or local government to utilize other policies and procedures for establishing, operating, or continuing water activity enterprises or to establish and operate other types of enterprises for any other lawful purpose.
