37-43-154. Prior contracts validated.

Statute text

Contracts entered into prior to April 10, 1935, between irrigation and drainage districts and the United States or any agency thereof, for any of the purposes stated in section 37-43-152, and all proceedings taken pursuant thereto for the creation of reserve funds are hereby ratified, confirmed, and validated.
