31-25-608. Recording of ordinance.

Statute text

Within thirty days after the district has been declared duly organized, the clerk of the governing body shall transmit for recording to the county clerk and recorder in each of the counties in which the district or a part thereof extends a copy of the ordinance establishing said district.
