26-12-207. Federal funds.

Statute text

Whenever a law or rule pertaining to the veterans administration or any other federal law permits the state to receive federal funds for the use and benefit of veterans community living centers, the executive director shall apply for and use such federal funds for the benefit of the veterans centers.
