24-60-4403. Notice to revisor of statutes.

Statute text

This part 44 takes effect on the date the Compact is enacted into law in the tenth Compact State. The executive director of the department of education shall notify the revisor of statutes in writing when the condition specified in this section has occurred by e-mailing the notice to revisorofstatutes.ga@coleg.gov. This part 44 takes effect upon the date identified in the notice that the Compact is enacted into law in the tenth Compact State or upon the date of the notice to the revisor of statutes if the notice does not specify a different date.
