13-82-107. Existing and future claims.

Statute text

(1) This article applies to claims:

(a) Accruing after July 1, 1984; or

(b) Asserted in a civil action or proceeding more than one year after July 1, 1984, but it does not revive a claim barred before July 1, 1984.
