12-245-408. Clinical social work practice of psychotherapy.

Statute text

For the purpose of licensure, the practice, under this part 4, of psychotherapy and other clinical activities within the definition of social work practice in section 12-245-403 is limited to licensed clinical social workers or licensed social workers supervised in accordance with section 12-245-404 (2)(c).
