12-245-219. Judicial review of final board actions and orders.

Statute text

Section 12-20-408 governs judicial review of final actions and orders of a board appropriate for judicial review. Judicial proceedings for the enforcement of a board order may be instituted in accordance with section 24-4-106 (11).
