Statute text

In addition to the provisions of part 1 of this article and this part 5, the laws governing insurance companies, except as they are inconsistent with the provisions or purposes of this article, shall apply to prepaid dental care plans regulated pursuant to the provisions of part 1 of this article and this part 5.
