Editor's note: (1) This article 4 was numbered as article 4 of chapter 55, C.R.S. 1963. It was repealed and reenacted in 1992 and was subsequently repealed and reenacted in 2023, resulting in the addition, relocation, and elimination of sections as well as subject matter. For amendments to this article 4 prior to 2023, consult the 2022 Colorado Revised Statutes and the Colorado statutory research explanatory note beginning on page vii in the front of this volume. (2) Section 7 of chapter 427 (HB 23-1192), Session Laws of Colorado 2023, provides that the act adding this article 4 applies to conduct occurring on or after June 7, 2023.
